Kingstar services emphasize in building relationships. We work closely with employers and our pool of foreign domestic helper, focusing on the quality of placements, not the quantity. We believed in taking time and whenever possible, make house visits to know our clients' requirements and situations. From the assessment, we will reach out to our overseas centers to find the rightly skilled domestic helper that will fulfill the needs of the client.

 

Personalised attention

With Kingstar Services, you won’t find layer after layer of agents. Since we are smaller and more personal, you will typically deal directly with a dedicated person. We make visits to understand about your needs, and deliver the domestic helper to your doorstep, all at the conveniences of yours, as we understand each of you might have an unique situation to deal with when hiring a foreign domestic helper.

 

Access to highly qualified candidates

We worked with our overseas local associations and religious organisations to source for the helpers. We have a training school  overseas to equip them with the right skills to serve the needs of the employers. The candidates are rigorously pre-screened, including interviews and assessments. The candidates have also established relationships with us and are proven to be reliable, hard working skilled candidates. Most importantly, they are also given counsel courses to ensure apart from being properly skilled, they are also mentally ready to work overseas over a prolonged period of time and alone in a culturally different environment.

Our communications do not stop on the day when the candidate starts her employment at your place. We keep our communication ongoing, to make sure that both parties are satisfied and also any issues between employer and candidates are solved before they cascade into any further misunderstanding.
